Rental Terms & Conditions 

Terms and Conditions for renting items from Wild Poppy Floral Rentals. By renting from us, you are agreeing to the following:

 

Payment:

We require a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total balance due in order to confirm your booking and secure our services for your event. Any additional balances must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the event date. This policy ensures that we can provide the highest level of service and preparation for your event. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our payment policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

Disclaimer:

Please note that our rentals are made of only faux florals. We use only high-quality real touch & silk artificial flowers that are carefully selected and arranged to create the desired aesthetic.

 

Balance Due:

The balance due must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the wedding/event. Please note that failure to pay the balance in full may result in cancellation and closure of the contract. If we can still fulfill the contract, a 10% fee will be added to the balance due, with an additional 10% fee added for every seven days that the balance remains unpaid. Additional costs that arise from late payment will be passed on to you.

 

Location and Setup:

The listed rental price is for one setup/location only. If you require a rental item to be moved from the ceremony to the reception or any other location, additional fees will apply. For insurance reasons, only our team can move our items unless they are able to be moved by an approved wedding coordinator to another location on the same site. To avoid any issues, we kindly ask that you ensure our rentals will fit in the desired space before confirming your order with us. Set-up will be completed no later than one hour prior to event start time.

 

Delivery and Pickup:

All orders include delivery, setup, and pickup. We have a pickup time of no later than 9:00 PM, and we deliver within 25 miles of Pasco WA. Pickups past 9pm will incur an additional fee. The delivery cost for orders outside of 25 miles is $1/mile with a maximum distance of 75 miles. Please contact us for a delivery quote.

 

Late Night Pickup Fee:

 

Any pickups past 9 PM will be subject to a late-night pickup fee.

10PM charge of of $100

11PM charge of $200

12AM charge of $300

 

Product Handling:

No rentals can be left outside overnight, including the pillars, arches, or aisle flowers of any kind. Our items cannot be in the rain due to damage. If there is adverse weather coming and our rentals are outside we will come get them early.  No one is allowed to transport, take-down, or move our product without prior written approval.

 

Any damage incurred to our product beyond natural wear while renting our items will be charged to your card in the amount of 2 times the rental price of the item Your credit card information is safely stored and will be deleted once the items are returned.

 

Any décor for the wedding/event not provided by Wild Poppy Floral Rentals is not guaranteed by Wild Poppy Floral Rentals even in cases where Wild Poppy Floral Rentals items are integrated. In such cases, any alterations deemed necessary will be made to preserve consistency and Wild Poppy Floral Rentals will be blameless.

 

Venue and Location Limitations:

Wild Poppy Floral Rentals is limited by the rules and guidelines of the location(s) and site management. Negotiation with the officials for moderation of guidelines is the responsibility of The Customer;  Wild Poppy Floral Rentals will offer technical recommendations only. Reimbursements will not be made for unused items due to venue limitations not communicated to Wild Poppy Floral Rentals.

 

Adverse Weather Clause:

Wild Poppy Floral Rentals reserves the right to prioritize the safety of its staff, clients, and the integrity of its products. In the event that adverse weather conditions, including wind gusts over 12mph, are forecasted or present at the scheduled setup time, Wild Poppy Floral Rentals retains the right to delay or cancel the setup of its products if a suitable location cannot be agreed upon.

 

Notification and Rescheduling:

In the event that Wild Poppy Floral Rentals determines that adverse weather conditions may impact the setup, Wild Poppy Floral Rentals will make every effort to notify The Customer as soon as possible via the contact information provided. Wild Poppy Floral Rentals and The Customer will then discuss the best course of action, which may include rescheduling the setup for a mutually agreeable date and time, subject to product availability and the terms outlined in the original contract.

 

Customizations:

Wild Poppy Floral Rentals allows for customizations to existing products. Customizations must be communicated and paid for 60 days prior to the event. Customizations can only be done through Wild Poppy Floral Rentals. Additional flowers/enhancements to our pieces can only be done through Wild Poppy Floral Rentals. If additional enhancements are added through another entity, a damage fee of 20% of the rental price will be applied to the card on file.

 

Cancellations:

We require a 90 day cancellation notice, otherwise your payment cannot be partially refunded. In the event of a war, fire, tragedy, pandemic, natural disaster, or other emergencies within 90 days of your wedding/event, we will move your payment free of charge to another date.

Payments will not be refunded in full, they will exclude the payment processing fees, as well as any time we spent in communication with you, the time spent forming this proposal, any time spent working on your event preparations, shipping fees/payments from ordering samples/materials, holiday date fees, and fees charged by our banking institution for refunds.

 

Wild Poppy Floral Rentals reserves the right to cancel this contract if at any time Wild Poppy Floral Rentals feels that the obligations cannot be met. Wild Poppy Floral Rentals will credit the amount paid, minus any actual costs incurred up to that point that Wild Poppy Floral Rentals informs you.
